RAM : 700-800 MB
Processes : 9

Slim Jet

RAM : 400-450 MB
Processes :12

Palemoon

RAM : 270 MB
Processes :1

K-Meleon Browser

RAM : 200 MB
Processes : 1

Lunascape

RAM : 120-150 MB
Processes : 1

Final Words: Lunascape uses the least RAM but has a nagging screen. K-Meleon Browser consumes a little more RAM but still is a light weight option.

Slim Jet and Slim Browser create several processes and consume more than 400 MB of RAM.
